Final Punch Inspection

Our Most Detailed, All-Inclusive Quality Assurance Inspection for Builders

The Final Punch Inspection is the most comprehensive phase inspection we offer. This inspection verifies that every visible component in the home—structural, mechanical, safety, aesthetic, and cosmetic—meets Arizona ROC workmanship standards, IRC requirements, manufacturer installation specifications, and professional industry standards.

This is the last opportunity to catch defects, installation errors, and cosmetic damage before the home is presented to the buyer or moves into final QA/QC.

Why Builders Rely on Our Final Punch Inspection

  • Ensures every system, finish, fixture, and surface meets professional standards
  • Identifies damage caused during trade work: scuffs, scratches, dents, chips, gouges
  • Provides the builder with a full, room-by-room cosmetic punch list
  • Reduces warranty exposure and walk-through issues
  • Documents compliance with ROC / IRC / manufacturer requirements
  • Ensures all finish elements not visible during previous inspections are fully reviewed

Standards We Inspect To

This inspection cross-references all of the following:

  • Arizona ROC Standards
  • International Residential Code (IRC) (visible elements only)
  • Manufacturer installation specifications
  • Professional industry standards for finished carpentry, flooring, cabinetry, paint, drywall, tile, plumbing, electrical, and more

If there is a conflict between standards, we default to the most stringent requirement to protect long-term performance.
